How do you know a Linux user has been to the Arch store? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you.
I don’t read my replies

Is that “hat” gold? Thing would break your neck.

Just keep in mind that Linux compatible =/= Steam Deck compatible. For example a title may not perform well on Steam Deck, but run just fine on Linux with beefier hardware.

Simi-related fun fact.
The biggest contributor to TOR is the CIA. They funded it’s creation and are primarily responsible for maintaining it to this day.
The CIA maintains TOR as a way for spies to pass information over the internet. They make it public because if only spies used TOR it would be trivial to catch them. So it’s in their interest that it be public and secure. It’s open source and security experts agree you can trust it.
easy to see why he favors a beard.

I use TrackIR.
To play a flight sim, I have to connect a joystick, throttle, pedals, and TrackIR. My throttle is a part of a HOTAS that’s so old and obscure, driver installation on Windows 10 can be tricky. So I don’t want to attempt to get all this gear running on Linux. So I keep Win10 on an SSD and hang my head in shame.

Wardogs? More like conflict coyotes amiright?

I’ve got a low-energy Intel Atom server. The CPU is technically 64 bit, but some of the other hardware is still 32bit, limiting you to that.
I’ve been running Debian on it (and several predecessors). I’m stuck on Debian12 because they’re dropping 32bit support after that.
I don’t really use it to “self-host” other than as a file server for backups and Pihole.
I love it when a program says theirs a new version, would you like to download? pffffftt.
pacman -S [program name]
From the outside, freedom always looks like chaos.
Sony MDRs and I love them.
Designed to be repairable, great build quality, and the satisfaction of seeing how often professionals are wearing them in podcasts, music studios, ect. All for 1/3 of the price of bluetooth sets that can rival the sound quality.

Microslop is confused that the people forced to pay for shitty software won’t pony up for the optional shitty software.

This is good actually. The current standards assume that exposure to ionizing radiation is always bad no matter how small. The evidence suggests that small doses are absolutely safe, and arguably beneficial.
Panicking about small radiation doses has absolutely caused public harm and even death. Many people argue that some of the evacuations around Fukushima were overly conservative and ultimately more harmful than doing nothing.

My mother, who used Office software her whole working life recently asked me, un-prompted to help her switch to something else. She was tired of the always online, always signed in obnoxiousness of Office 365. She was tired of looking for stuff in Onedrive. And the software had changed so much over the years, that she figured learning a new office suite wouldn’t be any extra effort.

The American Psychological Association met with the FTC in February to urge regulators to address the use of AI chatbots as unlicensed therapists.
Protect our revenue, er patients!

found no evidence to date that Microsoft’s Azure and AI technologies have been used to target or harm people in the conflict in Gaza.
-Microsoft, in May
Dear Microsoft, If you looked for evidence, that is going to imply that your software could totally be used to harm people, it just isn’t in this case. As far as you know.

Wow, Republican delusion lines up perfectly with big-business interests? weird.
Also weird that the “extreme” climate agenda has been calling for strengthening the power grid for decades.

I was able to roll-back this update. But my computer is still running Windows. Help!
Four young adults in the same town who all know who KISS is? Come on.
