Yeah. I use Flatpak for all the commerical/corporate stuff as well, if available. Teams, Steam, Slack, Discord, Spotify, stuff like that.

They now have AI agents to hold their hand while going through everything, perhaps.

I just installed from Flatpak for years now. No multilib headache.

To me those were always the same, practically speaking.
