So, a couple of things…
For a real time warning system, there’s no need to actually record anything. Monitoring the video feed with no record capability should be fine.
Second, this sounds super easy to defeat with a printed photo card and a couple of Googley Eyes. 👀
If an AI puts you out of work it should have to pay your salary.
Oh, yeah, we have that too… we want people in the office because collaboration! Synergy! etc. etc.

I see the same push where I work and I cannot get a good answer to the most basic question:
“Why?”
“We want more people using AI.”
