I just install 10 LTSC on the computers I REALLY need windows on. The updates have no new features at this point, just security. I don’t use it too much, but it’s just less obnoxious than 11.

I don’t think the level of fuckups of W10 back in the day was this insane. And if it was, we could agree Microsoft has an endemic problem with releasing undercooked software. At any rate, comparison or not, they need to get a proper QA team, yesterday.

EDIT: Yeah no…the M.2 from the wifi card…of course it’s 2230 so it won’t fit those 2280 :(

Thanks! I was considering using it perhaps to have a diffusion model? Or running ollama or similar without a RAM hit on my laptop or phone. Also whisper comes to mind, for Bazarr or other tools to use.

Where I live I have an interesting second hand market. I might be able to find something older like LTO5 at reasonable prices. I’m not sure however about the SAS to USB adapter…

I was honestly hoping for some sort of way for people to notice the newer releases instead of the constant spamming from episodes they already might know about. Unless they clearly say so, assume the same crappy Chinese magnetic head/motor combo single integrated module as in every other cassette player these days. I wouldn’t buy it.

Follow-up question. Seems whatever option I might have to consider for any wireless, it seems now it might need to be standalone. Do ALL of them need account/login? As in Meta-style tracking? Does Pico require account/online login?
