For what it’s worth, in recent months Dolby Vision and HD Audio formats became viable on x86-64 hardware running Kodi (LibreElec, specifically):

Have you tried toggling the HDR setting, saving the change, then toggling it back? It’s possible the update overwrote the setting you had without changing the setting in the UI.
