I know I used to see a fairly clear picture of myself on Google Street View when it came out. It was later slightly blurred out even though it wasn’t the latest one when when I checked through the timeline.

That’s an amazing piece of work! I enjoyed playing Endless Sky a lot in 2018 (I only remember the date because it was on a Fedora 28 PC). Cockpit controllers really give the feeling of immersion when playing.
I see you got a late fall or early spring kind of photo. To me, Montréal is a city of interesting contrast, an imposing concrete labyrinth in some respects, but a flourishing city of beautiful parks in others.

I still can’t say it wouldn’t be worth it at $1.5k for people that really wanted to get into VR… but unfortunately my price limit is $750 US for me to consider a launch day order, and obviously that ain’t happening. With component prices being what they are, it’s not realistic for me to expect any lower anymore.
But the best I can hope for is a memory crash and DRAM makers come scrambling back to fill the sinkhole void from the collapsing circular financing cycle. Today that’s just a pipe dream.

I don’t do racing sims but with Train Sims I have used other accompanying software, and modlaunchers etc. in the past. I assume Simhub etc. are programs that launch the main game or run concurrently.
If you want to install it semi-manually, have you tried setting it up with Lutris? Set the wine prefix to be a folder insids your steam user folder steamapps/compatdata/[gameid]/pfx on the drive the racing game is installed. Other guides I found:
https://www.simhubdash.com/community-2/simhub-support/guide-simhub-on-linux/
https://github.com/srlemke/SimHub_on_Linux
If it’s hardware connection issues, that’s another whole beast

That will make up somewhat for the fact that Steam physical gift cards are going away.

Why should viewers be interested, when Netflix treats its shows like draft ideas that more often than not get scrapped after one season?

Seriously. I’d be somewhat less concerned about the impact if it was only voluntarily used. Instead, AI is compulsively shoved in every nook and cranny of digital product simply to justify its own existence.
The power requirement for training is ongoing, since mere days after Sam Altman released a very underehelming GPT-5, he begins hyping up the next one.
Played around with it on my desktop machine. Someone’s distilled variant of Qwen 3.8-27B-Q4_K_M, on a intel12700k + RTX3090 24GB is what I use.
I haven’t adjusted the reasoning down from very high but I mostly use it for trying tweaks to half-finished coding projects I’ve lost motivation to complete many years ago. I used it to develop a very simple JS-free personal website. I have secure shell which I can access from Termux or PuTTY, but sometimes I have the llama.cpp webui insecurely accessible online for one day at a time just for fun.
