+1 for physical strategy guides! I’ve started collecting them, since most of them are pretty cheap these days (some are like $80+ though). It’s nice to be able to unhook oneself from the Internet and be able to enjoy games completely offline again, and these guides help complete that notion.

TLDR:

You’ll find the setting in Privacy & security > Inking & typing personalization in Windows settings (Win + I). While you’re at it, disable Send optional diagnostic data in Diagnostics & feedback on the previous screen.
