Don’t think that’s the wall’s shadow, more like trees or bushes or something out of view. The shadow doesn’t look anything like a wall.

With the screenshots I’ve seen so far, it looks way too much like when Need For Speed thought pasting a video of an actor into an animated scene was a good idea. The central part of attention doesn’t match the rest of the scene, and it’s offputting.

Important to note: you really, seriously, don’t need the extra strength the bottom piece gives. It is simply a complete and utter waste of oldgrowth forrests to strive for that quality. Loadbearing posts and beams are made in quality assured, tested wood.

Often times, like 99% of the time, the dimensions of the wood isn’t determined by the strength required, but rather the insulation thickness required, size of internal installations like HVAC, or soundproofing requirements.

I’m not an expert, but I imagine it also fucks your sexdrive up so you’re “cured” of the urges.

Your last point is where I’m putting most of the blame. We’re all doing worse because a few people at the top always, ALWAYS have to do better than last year.

Eternal growth is physically impossible. At some point, shit will have to stagnate, and if shit starts to stagnate, but the top still insists on eternal growth, they’ll have to take some from the bottom. That’s what’s happening right now. The top can no longer keep making more money off of an industry in development, so instead they’ll cut costs, costs being you, the worker, and hope they die before it all collapses under them.

I tried it a few months ago and couldn’t get it to work. May just have been me, but even if I, a semi tech literate person has problems with it, good fucking luck getting the broader population to use Linux. It is simply too hard for regular people to do stuff, that just works with windows.

Sure windows has it’s issues, but they’re issues 95% of people will never encounter. Instead they’ll have an easy time installing software, and don’t have to look at a database to figure out wether or not they can even play a game.
