4·3 months agoI have Arch (btw) on my laptop which is the tinkering machine that only I use, and a Win10/Linux dual-boot desktop which is the one other people use that I’m not allowed to break. I had Fedora Silverblue on there originally because I figured it would be pretty stable, but it honestly gave me nothing but trouble. I switched that one over to CachyOS and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
Favourite/Current Distro/Distro I’ve used the most: Arch btw.
Distro liked the least: Ubuntu
First Distro Used: Corel Linux (I am old lol)
Honourable Mention: Pop!OS with the COSMIC desktop is pretty nice considering how new it is IMO.
Future Distro: I’ve messed around with NixOS a bit and I kind of want to try it. I like to tinker a lot though so sometimes immutable OS-es kind of interfere with that.
I use Filen, I don’t know if they still do it but you used to be able to buy a lifetime plan for a one-time fee that was like 50-100GB or something like that, and you could stack them. So I just bought several during a Black Friday sale.
