I’m trying to get Apotris (a Tetris clone) to save my settings. My OS is CachyOS and I’m launching the Linux x86_64 version of Apotris in Heroic Launcher.
Everytime I’m starting the game, I have to reconfigure everything (controls, graphics, gameplay).
I’m thinking there might be a write permission missing somewhere or I’m missing something else. Does anyone know how to fix this?
In case someone is looking for a solution, I fixed it like this:
Removed the game completely, installed Lutris, went to https://lutris.net/games/apotris/ and installed the Linux version from there. Now it can be launched through Lutris and all settings save as expected.
