Fuck yes. Manually having to turn it off everywhere was so annoying. It should be just one toggle switch like what Firefox did for their AI features.

Not hsving to share a wall with your neighbor is probably one of the selling points of that design.

NGL, seeing the ship doors open to the overlords got me goosebumps. I haven’t played StarCraft since Brood War. I never really liked the look of SC2 so wasn’t really interested. I haven’t had a gaming PC for almost 2 decades now so I don’t even know if I’ll be able to play this when it comes out, but if it’s good enough, maybe I’ll try to find a way.

For me at least, I’ve always had this opinion. The problem is that malls in the US are terrible. Compare that with malls in Asia that are almost like their own cities. Condos/apartments attached to them, a green area (park or garden) at the rooftop or in the middle section, a clinic, hardware store, grocery store, and an actual variety of shops that cater to almost everything.

I know a lot of people hate indoor malls, but I personally like them for a couple of reasons:
They serve as a third space where you don’t need to spend money just to hang out.
Unlike a park or outdoor area, it’s a cool and comfy place, especially with the worsening heat and climate.
Unlike a pub or bar, it encourages walking.
An actual complete and proper mall can save you from multiple trips, driving around, and wasting gas, if it has many of the things you need and have to do, all in one place.

Those kids were just jealous they can’t afford one. Congrats!

The whole tech behind it is indeed fascinating and the fact that the people who developed it don’t know themselves what it’s doing under the hood is some futuristic shit we could only imagine a decade ago.
If only the technology wasn’t commodified and commercialized by rich, greedy assholes.

That’s gonna be a bunch of security and compliance violations, not to mention messing with incident response and digital forensics.
Simple guardrails would’ve prevented that, especially in a controlled environment like this where they are pitting LLM-created bots against each other. It’s the same with all the other “hacking” news. Of course an LLM that you allow to roam free and go wild will find a way to get the best results, whatever it takes.
Also, I wonder why they specifically chose Protoss for the LLMs to use.
