You brought up butts. My point with going to an extreme with that is even you can agree there is a line somewhere where something shifts over the line of “too ridiculous to consider for serious purposes”.
You not understanding that, and trying to reframe my argument as equating mascots to butts, says a lot about you. It’s also less of a logo and more on the standard of a generic social media profile picture that I’m no way relates to the product.

Again, nothing to do with assholes.
And the P is capitalized, so the software is not presenting itself as keep ass. Would your company use that software if it actually was? With a cartoon butt as the logo, not a key?

Thinking something is unprofessional and less likely to be reliable because it uses memes and shit has nothing to do with hating those things, though.
You can enjoy those things and still not trust your website/business security to software that uses it as it’s public face.
THAT is what’s being missed in this thread.
Like would you give a second glance at choosing something like UwU.jajaja.lol or whatever for your antivirus? It puts out “we don’t take this seriously” vibes and that translates to “you shouldn’t take us seriously either”, which doesn’t mech well with a serious software function.
It’s a tone mismatch. What Might be fine for a shopping list/fitness tracker/rss feed aggregator might not for a finance app or cyber security

Not if the stakeholders don’t take it seriously enough to even consider it an option let alone agreeing to pay for it …

It’s because being abusive was able to bypass some of their guardrails.

Who do you think is the one making sure the kill orders are delivered to the right squad, or that the squad has the proper requisition orders for the equipment needed to carry out that kill mission?
The killing doesn’t happen without the whole logistics chain working.

Competence.

Nope, because that means less factory time to make the consumer grade ones.
Same thing happening with memory.

Many airports are closed at night.

First metaverse, now llmslop, what’s your next shitty gamble, zucky-boy?

That … Is almost all out of, actually.

There’s a lot more options now. A family member got one like a year ago and loves it.

I’ve tried like 3 different recipe apps like the one listed, and none of them did the one feature they all claimed they were built around - importing recipes from the biggest recipe sites. It never worked properly. Even trying the various work arounds going through intermediate sites that could supposedly parse them better.

The core design philology of windows is cobbling together thousands of niche use case features and set ups that have accumulated from their all their previous versions. That’s why it’s so janky.
You’d be giving both them, and yourself, a job. Not a great gift unless they’re actually into this kind of thing and techy enough to be able to get up to speed. It’s not hands off enough to be given to someone who can’t maintain it themselves.
