Right, but specifically what did the person do in that episode? I’m just curious how it was “justified” by whoever was doling it out
I stopped watching black mirror cus it made me feel terrible. Some episodes were pretty good but it’s too heavy for me
What’s the point of that, like are the people enemies of the state or something for ‘wrong think’?
Eternal torture never made sense to me, in any context
I have no clue how to opt out of ign cookies
Only options are the first “I consent” button and then trying to view more options displays a “allow all” button
Maybe the first button is what I want since it looks like it’s defaulting to the strictly necessary ones, but now I don’t wanna continue onto their site
Call me nuts, but I think I preferred the earlier version of valhiem (pre magic). I’ve played ~300 hours of Valheim (last played 2 years ago) so I’ll definitely give this a go but I’m not pumped.
Anyone who’s played it have any input if that’s accurate?
It looked really fun but I didn’t want to buy it with my existing game-debt
I sometimes used the old one to play music that I didn’t want going into ITunes as it had an easier to use playlist than VLC did (at the time at least)
I weirdly got a problem after blowing away my windows partition
Shutting down the computer (mint) doesn’t fully shut down anymore, so I gotta physically hold down the power button til it goes off
Internet says something with grub is probs wack, but I’m lazy so I just made a shortcut to “shutdown -f 0” and called it good
I went one step further and used python to handle the flags and what not
Just gotta add each url / playlist to a text file, then run the python script
But seeing all these GitHub’s with much more elegant solutions is pretty cool
AMD card
Intel cpu
I don’t use anything special, but with 3 monitors I’ve noticed that I can freeze the GUI by opening too many things at once
Like if I open discord, YouTube, and spin up a hypervisor at the same time it’ll occasionally freeze the screen but audio is still going
It’s what got me to switch, no more crash-to-desktop issues that some Windows 11 update caused
Mint is great
Oh dude that jogs my memory, if the USS McAllister episode is the Star Trek esque MMO RPG, I liked that it actually had an optimistic ending
Otherwise yeah those other ones sound rough.
